How We Deliver Your Floor
Before any concrete is poured, our team inspects the site — substrate condition, power availability, access for machinery, and tool readiness. Where old concrete removal is in scope, we handle breaking and disposal separately with dedicated resources.
We set screed rails or channel formwork to your specified slab thickness and, where required, slope. Levels are verified with laser or dumpy level before the pour begins — ensuring consistent thickness across the entire area.
We coordinate concrete delivery, pump positioning, and spreading to achieve a uniform pour. Our team uses internal vibration during placement to eliminate voids and ensure full consolidation — critical for long-term floor durability.
Once the concrete reaches the right firmness, our operators begin the first Power Trowel pass with a pan disc. Timing is everything at this stage — our team reads the concrete and waits for the correct window, rather than rushing and compromising the finish.
We apply floor hardener in two timed passes — the first at roughly two-thirds of the dosage once bleed water disappears, the second once that layer is absorbed. This two-pass method builds maximum surface density and wear resistance.
Multiple progressive Power Trowel passes bring your floor to the specified finish. Our operators work systematically across the full area to deliver a consistent result — whether Salt & Pepper or High Gloss Polished.
Where specified, we cut control joints at the correct time window after the pour. This directs any concrete shrinkage to planned lines, protecting the long-term integrity of your floor and preventing uncontrolled cracking.
Curing begins immediately after the final finish. We apply curing compound or wet curing covers as agreed — protecting the surface while the concrete reaches full design strength. A minimum of 7 days is standard; 28 days is recommended for optimal results. Scope as confirmed in your contract.
On completion, we photograph and document the finished floor before handover. Any observations from the pour are noted and communicated to you directly. We leave your site clean and the floor ready for the next phase of your project.
