Each division carries its own supervisors, plant and material stock — which is why a leak survey, an epoxy pour and a fit-out can run on the same site without a handover gap.
From a Kochi proprietorship to an international contractor
Mr. E.Y. Shaji founded the firm in Kochi in 1989. A dedicated waterproofing division followed in 2002 and an interior fit-out division in 2006. In 2023 the business was reconstituted as INDIGOiND Construction Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
In the Gulf we operate as Newmoon Trading & Contracting LLC, a joint venture with the Al-Abrar Al-Qatriya Holding Group in Qatar — giving clients one team across Kerala and the GCC.

Our own crews apply it, our supervisor signs off each stage, and you receive the warranty documentation with the handover file.
